What an insightful event! VWLS Europe attracted over 200 registrants globally.
James Michael Lafferty led the way, with a keynote on "The Case For Dramatic Change" CEO at Fine Hygienic Holding, that certainly stimulated minds for an increased, diverse representation of female leaders in every organization.
Kristine Kotte-Eriksen, D&I Analyst at Cern, presented noteworthy best practices from CERN's successful journey of “embedding to mainstreaming” diversity and inclusion.
To conclude, an energetic panel discussion on "Building a Stronger Me for Building a Stronger Us" was led by Dr Gaya Gamhewage Head of Learning and Capacity Development at the World Health Organization. This featured leading finance and strategy professionals from diverse industries: Adda Faye CFO The Global Fund to fight Aids, Tuberculosis & Malaria, Archana Sharma Principal Scientist Cern, Brad Perry CFO Beqom SA, Ekaterina Emelianova CFO Sberbank AG at Switzerland, Lisa M. Beaudoin Senior Director IMA Global, and Chang (Lock) LYU Vice President Finance Asia North, Rational AG exchanging practical experiences.
The networking hour at the end of the event allowed a candid interaction with the panelists.
